Bombay Gin
Gin like Bombay is not a spirit to be aged and can be drunk within a half hour of being crafted. London, or dry gin needs to be mixed with something to soften it. Popular cocktails constitute mixing gin with tonic or water and without a doubt, in the ever popular martini.
Bombay Sapphire Gin
The flavoring of Bombay Sapphire gin comes from a recipe of ten ingredients: almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb, and grains of paradise. Clear. Moderately full-bodied. Dry. Aromas of juniper, eucalyptus and spice are powerfully present. The mouthfeel reveals a rich, plush texture. A powerful style, loaded with high-toned, engaging floral aromatics and assertive fruit elements. The spirit is triple distilled, and the alcohol vapors are passed through bundles of the herbs and spices in order to gain flavor and aroma.
Quite pungent all the way through the finish.. Click Here! to buy it.
